Product description
The rotary vibrating screen is a high-precision screening equipment, widely used in industries such as mining, chemical engineering, food, and medicine. Working principle
The rotary vibrating screen uses a vertical vibration motor as the core excitation source. When the motor rotates, it drives two eccentric blocks to rotate together, thereby generating a comprehensive vibration force in the horizontal, vertical and inclined directions. These vibration forces are transmitted to the screen surface, causing the materials to perform a spiral jump and move forward along the screen. Materials meeting the particle size requirements will pass through the screen mesh and fall into the lower layer or discharge port, while those that do not meet the requirements will be discharged from the end of the screen surface. Thus, the screening operations such as material classification and impurity removal are ultimately achieved.
